Check-in was efficient. my room featured a floor-to-ceiling window. It presented a very nice view, including the hollywood sign. i appreciated the hotel's location adjacent to hollywood blvd and a shopping center. public parking next to the hotel offered a rate of usd 20 per day, a good price.

A pending payment was on my card in addition to the hotel fees. I found it quite frustrating to resolve this.

the king room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the direct access to shopping and restaurants on hollywood boulevard via level 2. the pool and gym were convenient, and i used them daily. a new coffee machine arrived quickly after i reported mine didn't work.

i experienced some slowness with valet parking.
